Scheduling
Scheduling will be depend on our mutual availability and the selected location.
Typically, we do not schedule portrait sessions more than 90 days out. If you have a unique circumstance where you need to schedule a session further out, please contact us.
Spring and Summer Shoot Times:
Monday - Friday: 7pm - 9pm
Weekends: 10am-noon, 1p-3p, 4p-6p, 7p-9p
I am closed on the following major US holidays:
Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, July 4th
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your session by clicking Change/Cancel Appointment in your confirmation email.
Cancellation
You can cancel your session by clicking Change/Cancel Appointment in your confirmation email. Please note that cancellation forfeits the session retainer paid to book the session. The fee can be credited towards a future session.
*Inclement weather policy
Rain, snow, or extreme heat are not friendly conditions for photography, and we will reschedule around these events.
Payments and deposits
For all portrait sessions, a non-refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographer's approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
Sessions can be paid by credit/debit card or Venmo.
Locations and studio rental
Many outdoor locations in/around Dallas are photographer-friendly. However, there are some that restrict access or require fees to use. We will do our best to procure an ideal location for your shoot, but we cannot guarantee that every place will be available at the cost or time needed.
When shooting on location, there are several variables in play that can impede the smooth production of our shoot. Again, we will do our best to get the best images we can. We will advise you on the set of any potential challenges that will impact the final output.
Proofing, editing, retouching
Please note that as part of my service to you, I do not deliver raw files. After the shoot, the images are processed for minor corrections like color adjustments and cropping then uploaded to an online gallery to make your selections.
Image delivery
Completed files are delivered via a file-sharing service like Dropbox or Google Drive. You will receive a link via email to access the folder. These folders are removed from time to time, but your images will be accessible here for at least 30 days. We recommend that you make digital copies to your storage media of choice.
