Miel Y Noir: Brand Film
Here we have an original brand film for streetwear brand Miel y Noir. We are showcasing a garment from the Fall/Winter collection as well as an original verse from the multi-talented Leon McKenzie (B boy, MC, designer, and pure artist).
To bring this to life, we made a 1-take shot with the camera on a gimbal for some extra buttery smoothness. We both love artsy black and white content as well, and why not? It’s provocative, mysterious, and a bit nostalgic. It speaks to the ethos of the brand’s statement pieces – classic black with minimalist details that bring it all together. We look forward to seeing more work from Miel y Noir’s Fall collection!

This project features a group of hand-made garments (that’s what Leon is cutting in the video). Creatively, we wanted to take the streetwear genre to an unexpected scene. This rural and exotic backdrop is a hidden gem here in Texas and was the catalyst that helped drive the story home.
